I know it already exist on the PS1 version, but the sega saturn version also deserves it. So, is there a project or a possibility of one happening?
 
There is no English project happening for the Sega Saturn version of this game right now
 
it's really a shame. Is it not possible to use the PS1 translation and "porting" it?
 
It is possible to port it, but it depends on whether anyone translates the game. At least the PS1 game is in English
