Joke fighting game characters with their own cults

I've always really enjoyed joke characters in fighting games and one of my favorite completely memed up characters is Khan from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: HFTF.
Because I'm pretty active in the HFTF community I wanted to make this video to display the culture surrounding this character as its one of my favorite things from the community and we have some of the best memes about him.

I also explain his moveset and appeal too, writing it out both in more Street Fighter notation and numpad notation so anyone can follow!

Yeah lol, I'd say they are the ones with a popular following. The reason I went into Khan is because if you enter the more niche circles in HFTF he's kind of the joke character but idk there is this unique flair about him.

Yep I actually do say this a lot and it is why I avoided actively calling him the worst, just underpowered.
