I've tried to look for this before, and I did get one. Don't know if it's the same one you posted here, as mine I think did something to the levels of the main story trainer battles. But it didn't adjust the awful wild pokemon level curve, so it became incredibly grindy. I'm currently playing through Platinum with trade evos patched instead.

Instead, just last night I happened to go after looking for other enhanced hacks for the gen 2 remakes, which I've always wanted to play since I was a kid and didn't have a GBC. Ended up settling for the SoulSilver Deluxe hack, which changes the trade evos, the level curve, and a few other minor things.

Hey did you know which level Haunter evolve?? pls its my first time playing this game and my second pokemon game

it evolves from beign traded normally, i dont know about the romhack there, btu i think the universal pokemon randomizer usually sets trade evos to be at level 40
