i've been playing lupin iii on gamecube and although the speed is 100%, sound is kinda jittery
is there any fix or downgrade i can make? (on dolphin android btw)

Try going to settings->audio and decreasing or increasing the audio buffer size.

i tried 120ms, 72ms and 200ms but didn't work
200ms was kinda better but still a little jittery
Then try playing around with other settings there like latency or 'fill audio gaps'. You can also try different backends, see if that helps.

Try these: Enable ubershaders and change the graphics backend (like from OpenGL to Direct3D 12 or Vulkan) and adjust audio settings like Audio Stretching. Maybe things will go better then.
