Japanese Cutscenes on Mega Man X4 - Sega Saturn

There was an error on the audio bitrate of the CPK files that made the audio of the cutscenes crackle on SSF, Yabasanshiro and real Saturn. (This didn't happened on Mednafen)
This was fixed and the patch has been updated.

This is a simple patch that changes the cutscenes from US version of Mega Man X4 on Sega Saturn with english subbed cutscenes with japanese audio.
It also restores the original japanese opening with no lyrics.
This is not an full Undub, only the cutscenes was changed.
The Mega Man X4 HD Subbed Cutscenes pc mod from NØNE/Dragon was used as basis, the cutscenes was subbed by them.

This patch only works on Mega Man X4 (USA) Saturn.

Apply the patch on track 1 with xdelta

I couldn't change the in-game voices because I didn't find a way to unpack the .arc files in the Saturn version. I might update it later when I find the tool.
Btw, does MM8 have in-game voices? I might do it later tho'

It is on par with the Japanese version of the game, although in the future we will be able to have the original Japanese voices from the game instead of the infamous English voice acting we had in the West (though only the announcer's voice is saved).

The PS1 version has a retranslation, including a new font for the dialogue.
