As a Sega enthusiast yourself, should Sega relaunch a new console or not ?

YES. YES THEY ABSOLUTELY SHOULD. I have a lot of reasons why they should.
1. it's been almost 26 years since the Dreamcast was released and it was only around for a few years. Sega however didn't go away completely and slowly got back on their feet with 3rd party releases. They had some ups and downs since then and keeping up with Sonic is keeping them relevant.
2. Sonic is a very strong IP and a mascot that can sell consoles. Every kid who owns a Switch wants a port of every Sonic game both old and new. Release a big new Sonic game on a Sega console and those kids will flock to Sega and ask their parents for one. Make it a pack in title and you will sell units!
3. Sega is bringing back other IPs as well, usually they do that once every console generation. They can easily fill up a launch library with 1st part games.
4. Good relationship with fans. Sega is always talking to fans, moreso than other game developers. They can get feedback faster and make adjustments if needed. Maybe even take some ideas like what features the console will have. Give fans the choice of themes and watch it outsell Nintendo!
5. Back catalogue of games from SG-1000, Master System, Genesis/Mega Drive, CD/32X, Saturn, and Dreamcast not to mention Game Gear and even TONS of good arcade games like all the stuff by AM2! They can sell the older console games digitally and charge an online service fee to play the arcade games! Get M2 on that ASAP! Make it the new Sega Ages!
6. They have their own MMO series with PSO. They can bring over PSO, 2, and NG and even make a PSO3. Make it free to download, maybe even have it pre-installed on the system! Make the first year free to play or have paid DLC make up for it.
7. the technology is there, they can make something similar to a PC but cheaper than a PS5 or XBOX Series X/S. Maybe even do a console/handheld hybrid and include VMU support on the second screen!

And you can have Sega All Stars racing, sports, and olympic events! Top that off you have all the age ranges covered! Mature? Alien, Hokuto No Ken, Yakuza. Teens? SMT and Persona. Maybe even Miku. Kids? Sonic. Heck bring back Ristar and NiGHTS! Super Monkey Ball, Billy Hatcher, Astal, go nuts!

Oh yeah I tend to furnish my houses, I even made a Pac man house you can check the RGT Sims Housing Thread for my portfolio, but I didn't pass my safety license so I'm a bit of an under the table type of designer.

doing great now! Just needed to vent and brainstorm a little!
AND I LOVE ART OF VENGEANCE. The enemies take a lot of hits, but it's still really cool! I like being able to unlock new abilities and access new areas and stuff. The bosses are all unique. I like how they all have conversations in the game which adds to their character instead of just being a big guy that you need to kill. The voice acting is AWESOME!!!!
