I was wondering if theirs anyways to fix USB analog controllers without take them apart? Plz help

Not really. Either your controller has Hall Effect Sensors and is pretty much immune to drift or it doesn't and you have to take it apart. What's more, just taking your controller apart and swapping out the thumbsticks won't fix the issue, you have to swap out the modules and that involves soldering. Spraying contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol into and around the modules and cleaning things with Q-tips might help somewhat but it's a temporary solution at best and ineffective at worst.

As others have said, no easy or painless way to do this. Hopefully you have a technican you can trust do do the fixes for you if you don't want to risk messing with it yourself.

I've encountered this before with my old X3 controller and there's 2 options (or more)

Either you put some isopropyl on your analog sticks or just buy a new one. Sorry if this doesn't help but I can give some suggestions

There's this BSP D3 controller that I've been using and it's great, no drift, no button getting stuck inside and it just works. Here's an example

I don't recommend buying this kind specifically though, there's a lot of different variations of this controller and it would be much better for you to take a look which one is best for you

Also the prices, some are quite cheap. In my country for example, one that I bought cost RM40+ ($8+). You should buy one with a reasonable or believable price though as it can be a fake, used or a scam. Hope it helps! ::dkapproves
