Is there a fan translation of Touge Max 2 for the psx?

I love that game to death, but I could only play the free run game mode, because in story mode, there are dialog sections for access to the raves themselves, blocking several cars and courses from the other modes. I could unlock some secret cars by finding them on free run, but it's a shame I can't access the rest of the content
