I heard this game have virus Is this true?
No, I mean actually real is this game has a virus or notYes it has a virus but it can only effect the virtual people in the game who only exist in the resident evil universe. As long as you are not made of 0 and 1 everything is okie, gucci and no problemi. But I advise you not to connect your brain into the device you wanna play the game on to be safe lolol.
I heard some internet Capcom have Enigma Protector supposed to be a virusWhere did you hear it has malware? It's 100% fine as long as you don't get it from somewhere sketchy.
If you get it from Steam, it's fine. Beware that there are some issues with stability, and you'll have some crashes unless you install a mod. I can find it. Just one moment.
I updated my initial message after I googled. No, I mean actually real is this game has a virus or not

So that means I cannot play this gameI updated my initial message after I googled.
I have no idea how the game works but may be its DRM or something trigger false positive.
For example Windows 10's anti-virus BS really works like a helicopter granma so I wouldn't trust it. If it could it would even delete Jesus lol.
Well there are many ways to turn off Windows's cyber granma™ anti-virus program. There are lots of guides about it around. Or you gotta play the game in another way then.So that means I cannot play this game![]()
Are you running into problems with playing? Is that what you need help with?So that means I cannot play this game![]()
I think ethical concern of Windows 10/11 is in the way to play the game by not allowing itself to chill and just deleting game files ayy lmao. After looking over the Enigma threads, the question really boils down to: do you care?
Do you care that a giant mega corporation is potentially adding a DRM to an old ass game? Do you want to support that kind of behavior? Are you also into tech enough to understand the problems with kernel-level anticheat and why something like that being used as a DRM is a fundamental issue?
If it's all sort of going over your head, I think you'd be fine to go play. It's just an ethics concern at this point. Capcom is a giant mega corporation where if something does happen, you'd be in the class action lawsuit. Just go for it.
I just want to know is this game safe to play or not? After looking over the Enigma threads, the question really boils down to: do you care?

Yeah, but that just comes with the territory at this point. Windows has been a shit show since Windows 8 and has steadily gone downhill. Until a suitable game-friendly OS (hopefully SteamOS) hits the market and can provide a proper replacement for the kind of desktop environment people need to play games, this stuff will forever just be slipping through the cracks.I think ethical concern of Windows 10/11 is in the way to play the game by not allowing itself to chill and just deleting game files ayy lmao.
You can go play it, friend. :)I just want to know is this game safe to play or not?
It's safe, no worriesI just want to know is this game safe to play or not?
sadly I am not an expert how to use OS. Plus, I don't know how OS is workingIt's safe, no worries
Buuuuut if you really wanna make your system safe then never connect it to internet and never use a program that's not written by you. Hell, build your own computer and your OS then lol. Microsoft sell your information around by pulling your information from OS you use. You may never know, despite no anti-virus reaction which programs infected your system with viruses. Americans and Chinese using their electronic devices, programs, social medias and operating systems to pull your information and classify you for whatever purpose they have. Especially after 9/11 America gave itself "legal self-entitlement" to reach to your private life in digital aspects so they can read your private social media posts and learn what you do on computer thanks to Apple and Microsoft.
No OS and anti-virus can do shit when a hacker wanna hack, as this is why databes has to be constantly updated for known "bad codes" intent to harm your system and how people unintentionally cause security weakness in their programs. Sometimes it happens to Discord, sometimes Google Chrome. Imagine whole internet cables are a water pipe and the "virus" is shit water and your computer is your home. If hacker wanna send "shit water" into your home they can. Not even Jesus can help on that lol.
In the end Resident Evil 5 is actually one of trivially safe stuff you can do on your PC when people constantly risks their systems in their daily-life without even knowing about it because they have no idea about all these. They just only care what some anti-virus result says as if it only depend on that lol. You may never know who infected your PC and watching you from your camera!!!! lololol
Play it, man. No worries. Even I would play it just fine lol.sadly I am not an expert how to use OS. Plus, I don't know how OS is working![]()
I mean... it depends on where you're getting it from and what you're playing it on.No, I mean actually real is this game has a virus or not

Absolutely. I have never once gotten a bad game from FitGirl, aside from one that I assume when she repacked it left a file out <don’t remember what the game was now>, but that notwithstanding, I would trust FitGirl more than Steam, honestly. If you get it from FitGirl, it also goes without saying that it won't have a virus on it.
I mean, I'm serious. I'm not joking aroundlooooool, I've read the op's post and I couldn't stop laughing for a few minutes, until I read all the rest. I thought it was a joke.
Just download the game from another place or buy through a key reseller shop, it's damn cheap for god's sake :D
Fitgirl is a good girl and Empress is a bad girl and I'm the Fool lolol.Absolutely. I have never once gotten a bad game from FitGirl, aside from one that I assume when she repacked it left a file out <don’t remember what the game was now>, but that notwithstanding, I would trust FitGirl more than Steam, honestly.
Now, if you get something from say "Absolutelyfreegamesnoviruspromisehugsandkisses.com"<i don't know if that is a real url please don't try it> yeah, you are probably going to need some penicillin for the PC in question.
See, BS like this is why I have a spare gaming PC. Yes, I know it's not an option for everyone, not saying it is. But for the games I like that have this kind of BS added to them, I hit the seven digital seas, and yo-ho indeed.
The spare PC I use dual-boot with Linux and Windows. Some games just will not run under Proton as of me typing this, so for those, I honestly don't care if they have malware or viruses because that PC never sees the internet. It fucks the Windows partition over? Oh well, I'll just reinstall—no big loss.
But that is neither here nor there, I wouldn't worry about it so much. These mega corps already have your information anyway, so it's not like it matters.

Yeah, I know, that made it worse.I mean, I'm serious. I'm not joking around
You mean if I'm download in SteamBut btw, if you have a false positive with your download,
