Is it my device or just bad ROM?

So, I played Sega Rally 2 (the Dreamcast one, NTSC version because that's the only one I can find on the repo) on my emulator (Redream) and encountered loads of sound issues (strangely only during gameplay, everything else worked fine) such as terrible audio quality and sometimes slowed audio. Can anyone help me with this? I've tried using both the CDI and GDI ROMs but none of them work (GDI audio is even worse from my experience). If you're asking my other games work fine btw, I downloaded all the ROMs (including for Sega Rally) from the repo.

it wont even launch with redream for me it says "wince not currently supported"
but it runs ok on flycast, the menu is a little delayed but the gameplay and sounds are alright

Are you using a MAC?
That message seems to pop up for Mac's it seems.
as well as Ras Pi's

Mind you. i am using a Dedicated PC for Batocera.

HP Pavilion 590-p0044 Mini Tower Desktop PC, AMD Ryzen 5- 2400G, 3.60GHz
32GB DDR4 PC4-21300 2666MHz
4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 OC Edition
Crucial P3 4TB PCIe Gen3 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD

Might be the Setup, GPU, ram diff who knows

Flycast leans more on cpu than gpu. Consider upgrading hardware in the future.

It's fine, i don't normally use flycast. was only testing it for @HatterTobias was all.
and seeing as i upscale Dreamcast to 4k. and it runs perfectly fine and 60fps.
But what do i know? just been using the System for over 2 years, Running PS3, Switch and such
And i'm not using Stand Alone Emulators, it's a Fully Dedicated Linux Batocera system.
So nothing is using System Resources aside the GUI and whatever Emulator i happen to be Running

XD sorry, no i was looking up the "wince not currently supported"
and Alot of the times it was a MAC/Ras pi issue, you can see why i asked

Again, it might be down to a Bios issue. Wish i could upload my DC bios but that folder is <looks>
ok not as big as i thought, humm.
Gimme a min

yeah i figured it was because Redream was missing the BIOS coz i don't actually use it for anything
i use the flycast core on retroarch as default emulator for DC
but all my other DC games run fine on Redream so its not the BIOS
but yeah i'd like to know what a "wince" is XD

@Boo Man Apparently, it's something to do with WinCE <Windows CE> some dreamcast games use a optimized version of Windows CE when they load, and Flycast isn't loading it or something. i don't know TBH, i have never seen that message
