The reason why I don't catch other game consoles other than this device
Even if you put it in your pocket and you're right next to someone
Even if someone comes into the room without anyone noticing
It's very easy to hide.
It's the best game console that can do that.

Instruments? Like a drum?

Hehehe... How about this keypad Nokia 301 (one of the latest series 40 phones). You can natively play the legendary java (j2me) games, gb and nes games via micro-emulators; and using only one hand, to boot. Can anyone beat me in this matter? And you can still make calls with this tiny contraption, if you want.

Oh... If GBA and GBC vibrations are supported
It's the best thing for you to play games with that phone
LOL

Anything reasonably sized with a metal shell fits your criteria, but I definitely agree on the importance of portability.

Welll... The Nokia n900, 11 November 2009 Could run the Ines emulator :)
Dont know if it beats yours, but old small and portable

It's not very portable. You can't play with just one hand, to boot. Therefore I win. ??‍♂️
Pretty sure a cellphone count's as portable, you could in fact use the slider keypad with one hand
