She's a former criminal (I think the game might actually say "terrorist") who's been hired to be a cop and work alongside a weirdo group of other former criminals, and she doesn't really have passion for the job. She just wants to end her shift, go home, eat sushi and watch movies, so she'll break procedure or get brutal with criminals just so she can get on with her day faster. Her mission brings her on a journey of growth and maybe some self-discovery. Its hard to tell because the story line is incredibly rushed/incomplete feeling, but I do enjoy what is there.
