Well I suppose the only piece of consolation I can give, if it’s any help at all, is that it was technically partially a parody. At least the jokes make a lot more sense if you looked at from those lens.

I love that anime and im not ashamed for it why should I be ??? Bikini warriors is also a nice anime.

They are pure dumb and silly and makes me laugh so nothing to be ashamed about.

That really takes me back to the early days of youtube when it was far less sanitized and moderated, there was so many channels that were just like they[d have full episodes of anime split into 2-3 videos and I know I watched Eiken, Girls Bravo, a bunch of To Love Ru and probably a lot of other stuff I'm forgetting at well. I also remember having like a full on spreadsheet of what channels I could watch the first 2 or 3 seasons of Doctor Who across. Those were better times.

I remember seeing something by Eiken years ago (they were just random clips) and I felt embarrassed (I was younger).

Recently (a year ago, I think) they dubbed it into Latin American Spanish, and it's funny, but it's not something I would watch in front of someone. lol

there's an episode of anime abandon that covered this show.
all and i mean all of the ridiculous stuff that you see in this show was done on a bet. the two guys making the show wanted to see what kind of stuff would get pass the people in charge of censoring stuff for tv.
