I have an iPhone 5S I don’t use that still has battery and works. However, Apple doesn’t release updates anymore and most emulation apps don’t run on operating systems that old. I thought I could use it just for gaming, but I’ve run into these problems.

So I thought I would ask you for ideas of how you still use it for gaming? Any ideas?

Maybe there are some browser based emulation sites or other old gaming apps that could still run on it? Feel free to share any ideas you have. Anything that doesn’t require me jailbreaking the phone, of course lol.

Unless your looking to play old ios games like doom2 rpg or black ops zombies there isn't much you can do with it especially without jailbreaking the thing.

There is emulation such as iMame, iGBA and Delta, I don't know much about iMame and iGBA but I did saw that Delta can be run on iPhone 5S
Not sure if it needs jailbreaking, but I guess that's the last resort

I've already seen an app to hack older iphones to launch newer apps. But I can't remember the name ?. I'm sure that to play emulators without modifying the iphone you have to play on sites that emulate the games. Maybe if you google them you can find them.

I actually found a bunch of old Mac games that were ported to the Apple Store but were taken down since then.
