I've tried both versions of guilty gear X (European and American) on the pcsx2 emulator, but when the combat starts the game literally gets corrupted, sometimes I turn into the other player's actor and the letters get corrupted.

Can anyone help?

try latest nightly build of pcsx2 and try all of the backends (directx, opengl, vulkan)

Try software renderer. 2D fighters are notoriously a headache to run on pcsx2.
