hello how are you all!! i was wondering if anybody has good game suggestions, my girlfriend and i have been needing something to play, we usually shoot for older single player games with a focus on story. previously, we've played through rule of rose, metal gear solid, and a little bit of shin megami tensei nocturne. now we can't seem to decide on what to play next. any suggestions would be appreciated!!!!

i'd love to! where do i start!
0 is on sale right now.

If you don’t wanna buy stuff or you don’t mind emulation, play the OG PS2 game with the restoration patch. It’s a cool gem

If you're passing the controller Kuon is a good horror for atmosphere and you can try to keep notes on Siren, you'll be at it for a while trying to piece the story together. Drakengard for something light on the brain after and if we're still on the PS2 tackling the Shadow Hearts series will make you laugh as you cry that it wasn't longer.

Lots of people enjoy the Hazelight Studios (A Way Out, Split Fiction and It Takes Two) Games as they are Co-Op and still very story heavy. But to be honest they don't seem like your Vibe, and Co-Op is not single player obviously. Maybe you would enjoy some of the Final Fantasy games, my favorites are 7 and 12. 7, IMO has better character writing while 12 has a very ,Grand Political Intrigue, type Story that i find very cool. For more action oriented Game play Resident Evil 4 is great and it has a, while silly, very entertaining story and for a less known game. Okami, it is very Zelda-esque, including the story, but it is also very pretty to look at, with a unique art style. Lastly you and the gf will definitely enjoy the GTA games, for story Vice City is my favorite, simply because i really enjoy Scarface (1983) and others new Hollywood 80's movies that were probably the game main inspiration
