I saw it years ago. It was either a film or an OAV of about three episodes. I'll try to recreate it from memory. Some parts may be off. But it should be close enough.
A young man inherits an antique shop from a relative. There's a beautiful glass collection there. I think he starts drinking each day from one of the glasses. And he sees a girl in the glass's reflection living a life there. He becomes intrigued with her and somehow ends up inside the glass world where they finally meet. Then he finds out why her spirit is trapped there. I'll spoiler it in case anyone is interested in seeing it.

The young man finds out that the glass collection was given to the girl by her parents. It was her most valuable possession. They had hired a painter to come paint her and he became obsessed and eventually killed her. Her blood splattered on the glass and sealed her spirit inside of it. She became vengeful against the painter. The young man is actually his reincarnation. And although he's become friends with the girl she's still uncontrollably vengeful. In the end he helps her become free of her grudge so she can finally rest in peace.
