basically the favor is to also make some language\audio dub patch where you put the italian voices in to the ntsc-u version of the game , that's because so far , the most complete and particular series of cheats codes are realized for the ntsc-u version , while most of the times , the pal italian versions of ps1 and ps2 games have little to no cheats, thanks

You're more likely to find what you're looking for by learning to program emulators and hack ROMs yourself.
Most of these passion projects expand only as far as the interest the one working on them has, so unless someone is currently working on the project in question, more often than not you're gonna find you're barking up the wrong tree looking for freebies.

so to make things more clear , i add this: if you are one of the hackers who do translations for ps1 and ps2 games, and you are reading this , and you need help from some other hakcers and modders because you aren't so skilled in that particular side of modding , and you rightly don't want to spend your whole life just to learn each single aspect of modding , then you have all the right to ask for some other fellow modder to do it for you , and you have all the right to receive help , like i said , we have those communities for this reason , none of us can do everything on our own here

So, you want someone else to do this kind of work for free?
I see the option to learn how these things are done as the only legitimate way for you to get what you are asking for.
You don't need to dedicate your whole life to it if you don't think it's that important, but at least you would know the size of the request you are pleading here (not small) and understand better why, maybe, no one will dedicate parts of their lives for just "thanks" (no matter how real and heartfelt it is).
If it is so important, you should really take this challenge yourself and ask specific questions to the guys who have done it before so you can do it yourself.
Cool points if you write a tutorial later, to share back for the next ones that need to learn too.

Thank you for your reply, the amount of times people will throw a fit when being told "looks like no one wants this but you, maybe you should probably learn to do it on your own." is insane. They always double down on that kind of entitlement too.
