How to download mh portable 3rd English on PPSSPP currently ? I try to load it and it said failed to load game , failed cpu or some like that

I'm reading it only works on PSP console use the HD version @ https://retrogametalk.com/repo/psp/monster-hunter-portable-3rd-hd-ver-english-patched-2/

Make sure you download the right version. I also suggest keeping an unpatched copy, as a more complete patch is in the works.
