There is accounts and RetroAchievements tab in settings that lets you login to your account. There is also few standalone emulators that do systems that RA is still less optimal with, or there is no core. There is specifically made Apple 2 emulator, and PCSX2 and Dolphin let you also login to retroachievements. One downside with retroachievements is that it requires active online connection so it knows the achievement is valid. There is no offline cache system.
