Go to the Writers' Guild, click where it says 'No Prefix,' select Guild Application put in a title, write your review, and submit it. That's about it...

Already saved it also two more questions, are reviews allowed to have videos and 2 do I have to post the whole review for my application?

Also, I was going to say that it may take a day or a few to get approved or denied. Just be patient after posting it.

Videos, I don't know, have to ask @Waffles on that.
And I don't see why not. I think it's a 10,000 word limit on the Guild app ones, though. Again, have to ask Waffles. I don't remember, to be honest

Yes, they are allowed.

I have used them both on Retrospectives and proper reviews.
