How do I get this screen/functionality on to my Vita?

It's brought up by the PS Button, I know that, andI'm pretty sure it's a plug-in, but I'm not certain. Any advice would be fantastic, thanks!!!

Pretty sure that is controller plug-in settings being displayed on the ps button menu. If you install said plug in it should show on that menu, I am not familiar with setting it up as I haven't used it myself.

I haven't used a controller on my vita myself but many do, a surprising many actually.

I'd honestly ask questions on here regarding any vita mods and not on the vita piracy reddit, it is horrendously toxic on there. But then again so is most of reddit.

Isn't that just the old version of the screen that pops up when holding down the PS button?

Hold down the PS button, but that looks like the screen from a Playstation TV in the picture and not a Vita.

There are several plugins that enable Dualshock 4, dualshock 3, even wiimotes etc on basic vita and also a plugin that enables PSTV mode on normal vita. I am fairly sure that if not the controller enable plugins themselves, the PSTV simulation plugin will do the trick with the controller plugins.
