At the left bottom you’ll see “attach files”, it may look a bit different on your end but it’ll work the same.

Nope. We’re not posting a gif each time. The gif shows up with the signature.

You can also use image hosting sites like Imgur to drag and drop pics or GIFs into your profile's bio, profile post or a forum post too.
