for anyone who doesn’t know, this sort of hot sauce mixed with butter is buffalo sauce

I knew Frank's red hot was the base for buffalo sauce, but I didn't know it was butter it's mixed with. Neat!

These were the two I grew up with, Louisiana Crystal probably being my favorite, but ever since I moved countries, it's been harder to get (legit ones anyway). Valentina's my staple these days.

Crystal is so good. I’ve never tried el yucateco one but it looks really good

Perfect on wings.

Frank's is always my go to to make real Buffalo sauce. Being raised in Buffalo and now living in the South it's hard to find good Buffalo wings. So I usually just order my wings plain and make my own sauce

I love spicy food. But I believe any of those sauces would make me feel a bit of spicyness.

I eat almost everyday spicy food or regular food mixed with spicy sauces I have, and the least hot is 100000 scoville. Lower than that I don't want to waste my time.

I bought this one in my last trip to Japan, only 105k scoville though but it's tasty:

This one I bought in Spain (670k scoville). Also really tasty:

And my favourite until now, a portuguese sauce which claims to be 400k scoville, but I would assure it is close to 1m due to the concentration and intensity:

I've tried dozens of sauces from different countries but nothing really really spicy. I even tried carolina reaper pepper directly and that was spicy, but tasteless.

I also have spicy honey, potato chips, peanuts and dark chocolate.

I have a specialized in spicy products store in my city, so I visit it at least once a month to get some stuff, it's fun and the owner is very friendly :). It's so pity I don't like beer, because the store has a few as well.
