Is there good horse racing (or horse racing management) games out there ? preferably with english support

Im only aware of Gallop Racer and Winning Post

I hear horse racing games are huge in Japan. Shozou Kaga, the creator of Fire Emblem, spoke in interviews about playing these games, but I've never tried one.

It's not *exactly* horse racing, or at least it doesn't really represent the sport. That said, you do raise and breed your gallant steeds, and more importantly it's one of the best games ever made.
