Hi everyone! I’m Adam and I’m what you might consider an elder millennial, but rest assured I’m actually just a giant kid (I think all millennials are?)
Anyway! I discovered this forum a few days ago and have been very eager to take part in more conversations rather than just browsing them…so hi! Most recently I’ve been playing some older 3DS games and researching hidden gems from the PS2 glory days. It’s been fun needless to say. And no I’m not having a mid-life crisis (is that what people who are having a mid-life crisis say? LOL)
I grew up playing Atari and Nintendo, loved the mid to late 90s PC gaming era (Duke Nukem, Quake, Interstate 76 to name a few) and then have pretty much owned every console since. These days, I find myself drawn more to quieter, less challenging games (Sword of the Sea, Little Nightmares and some of the newer Paper Mario titles), but I still love a good action 3rd person adventure or platformer! I finally booted up BOTW after initially purchasing in 2017 and omg, why did I wait this long to play this masterpiece?
As for interests outside of gaming, I enjoy gardening, home renos, hiking, good coffee (and boba), yoga and most recently, learning to embrace my introversion. Anyway, this post is becoming a bit of a novel, hope to see some of you around the forums!
