Solved Help site won't work on my laptop

Am getting this error on my laptop but i already turn-off ublocker so i don't know what else is preventing me from entering the site. Am using my phone right now to post this with the same wifi so the other two is also not what's stopping from entering the site

So tried those methods, it didn't fix it, am still getting the same error

It fix itself, i slept it off when i went back to check & reload it, it loaded the page
