So, I'm making a playlist and I want it to have specific vibes. Its hard to put into words but the best I can do is "music that sounds like everyone involved in it was slowly bleeding out."

Currently in the list:

1. Pepper - Butthole Surfers
2. Ugo - Dead Pirates
3. Loser - Beck
4. Oh Klahoma - Jack Stauber

Willing to try and listen to whatever you gotta throw at me, but I'm only putting it on my list if it passes the (literal) vibe check.

Klaus Nomi - After the Fall
Pulp - This is Hardcore
Kavinsky - Nightcall
John Lennon - Mind Games
Somnambulist - Things I was Due to Forget
Goblin - In the Name of Goblin
Morte Macabre - Quiet Drops
Goblin - Endless Love

Listen to those and see which hits your fancy.

May not fit your list but worth a shot, maybe the accoustic versions matches more.
Mad World - Gary Jules
Otherside - RHCP
Paint it Black - Rolling Stones
Last Train Home - Pat Metheny
Long Way Down - Gary Numan

how about:
They Might Be Giants - Particle Man
U2 - Numb
Nirvana - Something in the Way
God Lives Underwater - 23
King Missile - Detachable Penis
Middle Class Rut - New Low
90% of Shoegaze genre (try DKFM if you dont know what shoegaze is)

are you posting this playlist anywhere? i want to follow it

the Slowcore genre as a whole I guess, and lots of DSBM lmao

also you said Jack Stauber, so probably many John Maus tracks would fit in too

John Frusciante:
Forever Away
Untitled #3
Life's a Bath
Your Warning

Ataxia - Montreal

Radiohead - There There

Xiu Xiu - Fast Car

Death Grips - On GP and The Fear

David Bowie - It's No Game Part 1 and Teenage Wildlife

Frank Ocean - Seigfried and Self Control

NiN's Downward Spiral album as a whole

I could suggest a violin concerto by Mendelssohn that I am listening to right now. The soloist is N. Milstein, one of the greatest violinists of all time.

Just a few to consider
