Also, chat gpt said it was Grandpa's Farm from 2008, but I can't find this game or the manufacturer.
I really want to play it again and remember those times!

The game was on PC, but it's definitely not Harvest Moon.

I just checked on "Grandpas Farm" and It looks like it's a black & white card game video game.
I'm pretty sure it isn't this one.
