Hello there!

Boy, it's been a while since I've participated in a forum. I have to admit, I'm pretty excited by the idea of it! I'm more of a lurker than anything else, but occasionally can chime with something...well not entirely pointless. Whatever software is being used here sure looks a lot niftier than the stuff we bad back in the day!

As far as me, I'm not particularly interesting--soon-to-be late 30s, perpetually busy. While I don't get a chance to play as many games as I'd like, I still love talking about them and even messing around with a few game engines just for fun. I'm excited to hang out!

Aside from video games, I'm also a big fan of board games, card games, and table top RPGs. You can toss in a lot of other nerdery on there too: comics, manga, anime, music, tech, SciFi, Fantasy; boy there's a lot. The only thing I like that is probably niche is I'm a big fan of wooden pencils.

Thanks! Yeah, I adore Planescape! I haven't played in the setting yet, but I got a bunch of the books on DriveThru years ago and love just flipping through them! DiTerlizzi is amazing! I got the profile pic from his site, a long with a few others that I use for wallpapers.

I used to be DM for a campaign we ran, like 20 years ago. My favourite fantasy-punk setting. The few starter scenarios were awesome, and I also recycled some from Ravenloft. Thanks, now you make me want to read them again. :)

Nice! I'd love to hear some war stories some time! That book is _always_ fun to flip through. I'm very happy they're up on DriveTru now so they're at least easy to get a hold of.
