I'm an avid gamer and my favorite console is the PS2. Had mine ever since I was a kid and she's still kickin'.

While there might be plenty of great games coming out in recent years, my love for games of yesteryears will never wane.
My favorite kinds of games, like mentioned in my profile, are typically stuff like fighting games, soulslikes, rpgs/jrpgs, Monster Hunter, metroidvanias, shmups, and racing games (this includes SSX series). I've actually been using ᏟDᏒ for a long while. I'm glad things are still kicking here on RTG!

Last thing I'll say is: shoutouts to Lunar Silver Star Story and Lunar 2 on the PS1. Goated jrpgs that really got my love for jrpgs kicking into full-gear.

I did play KH 1 and 2 ages ago when I was younger. And yeah I used to play Guitar Hero 2! Had the controller and everything.

Gran Turismo is one of my favorite racing titles. 3 is my personal favorite. And 5. Also yes, I would use my ps2 for ps1 games. Later in life when I was like 16 or 17 and was able to work, I'd save up for my physical copies of old games and consoles like a real ps1. At one point I got a Dreamcast and modded a GDEMU in it. It kicks ass.

dreamcasts are cool i have one too, but not GDEMU modded just normal. i burn a lot of CD for it. can i ask why do you prefer gran turismo 3 over 4????

It just has a laid back groovy vibe I really like. 4 is really great too don’t get me wrong but 3 feels like a really good mix of simcade and 4 feels like it leans a little more towards sim. I like 4’s vibes a lot too but idk I’ve just always really enjoyed playing 3 a bit more than 4.
