Back to the forums again I suppose, oh well. Either way I've been wanting to play this game for a while and now it's in English. Maybe one day someone will make an actual CDi file of it so I can play it on an actual Dreamcast lol.

The correct name is Hello Kitty no Waku Waku Cookies

You are correct, katakana says "ワクワククッキーズ" "Waku Waku Kookiezu" because of the Ki "キ".

Edit: oh... and the English title screen says cookies, duh
