Have you ever used RetroAchievements on an emulator?

I've gotten into them a lot lately. Some of the achievements lists can be... tiring, but for the most part I've been enjoying replaying older games to at least mark them down as completed.
 
I've found them sometimes a pain to set up, but I've mostly had pretty positive experiences, especially with PS1 games via DuckStation.
 
I like playing with them but it can be a real pain to set up, especially on Retroarch...
I don't use them on my retro handhelds though.
