I remember as a kid at one point, I accidentally watched several Nickelodeon shows in Spanish. The reason is because I grew up near the border of Mexico and our TV also picked up the signal of some Mexican TV Channels, one of which was Canal 5. My child brain thought the voice actors in the original English version redubbed their lines in Spanish, but that was not the case all, as I didn’t know how dubbing worked at the time. Also the fact that the characters voices were completely different in the Spanish dub.

Hmm, hard to find "accident" part for it but the closest I had was in the army our recreation room had a cable TV that had channels from all over the world but the remote was missing + damn new TVs doesn't have button on it so we were stucked with a weird Arabic channel for a month that it shows some part of movies but corners of the screens shows various ads and stuff, thus we watched Arabic John Wick lol.

Then just for lolz we started to speak Arabic but we had no idea what we were actually saying like "yallaaaaah", "hujuuuum", "ukktuuuu" or something. Now I can speak John Wick Arabic lolol.

Well I did watch a few germany Russian, Italian Turkey and Japanese movies with no subtitle and it got my Interested and found some subtitles on thr Internet.

"Accidentally" only when I make some mistake in setting the language option in the menu of a dvd!
Sometimes I've watched episodes of some series in English, also in German (though in this case without understanding)

Not really, but I watch RTA in Japan with zero knowledge of Japanese. If that counts ::cirnoshrug

When the first Pokémon movie was free on Youtube like a month or so back, me and my brother started watching it on a whim, just enjoying the quaint nostalgia. Naturally we watched the Swedish dub because that's what we did as kids, but about two thirds into the movie, the dub changed into the Finnish dub, and it was impossible to get the Swedish version going again lol, so we just switched to the English version instead.

If you know about nordic languages; Swedish, Norwegian and Danish can understand one another fairly easily, but Finnish is from a completely different language group (uralic), so it became almost impossible to understand what they were saying, apart from "Pikachu".

I had, very often in fact, here back in the day one of the public TV channel past midnight didn't show smut, they instead had 2 Chinese kungfu movies with (presumably) original Mandarin dub, back to back from 12am to 4am.
