Has anyone finished school or is studying?

EUI'm studying in high school. I'm going to finish school this year and move on with my life to become an adult. I worry too much about other people's opinions.

I've been out of school for 15 years. It doesn't get any easier. But I have a steady job and live by myself mostly enough to get by. You'll be fine whatever you do, don't worry.

Finished school in 2005 but then again when to school again in 2019 and did a vocational training.

Terminei a escola em 2005, mas voltei a estudar em 2019 e fiz um treinamento vocacional.

Man that sucks my condolences. Must be hard as hell I can kind of understand sure both my parets still alive but my mother has an incurable diseases that just get worse and worse so not sure how long she have left.

But it´s good your trying to stay positive even when you feel like just wanna curl up in a ball and disappear.

Cara, que droga, meus pêsames. Deve ser muito difícil, eu meio que entendo, meus pais ainda estão vivos, mas minha mãe tem uma doença incurável que só piora, então não sei quanto tempo ela tem.

Mas é bom que você tente se manter positivo mesmo quando você só quer se enrolar feito uma bola e desaparecer.

I ended up working retail for 17 years after i left school found in my 30s i was good at hustling or not needing work to provide for me. I had a business for a while where i was dealing in football/soccer memorabilia and making way more than that than in 2 weeks of retail. I now collect boxed toys. Find something your good at and always fight the system. Never give up never give in.

Acabei trabalhando no varejo por 17 anos depois de terminar a faculdade e descobri que, aos 30 anos, eu era bom em me virar e não precisar trabalhar para me sustentar. Tive um negócio por um tempo, onde vendia artigos de futebol americano e ganhava muito mais do que isso em duas semanas de varejo. Agora coleciono brinquedos em caixas. Encontre algo em que você seja bom e sempre lute contra o sistema. Nunca desista, nunca desista.

Im quite good at guiding younger people to a better life. Determination and the will to be better is a big part of self development. I remember being quite selfish in my 20s and always wondering why bad things were happening some really relentless revenge was taken by others towards me. If you keep the head down stay out of trouble then trouble tends to fall away and your enemies even start to respect you from a distance by not bothering you in public.

Sou muito bom em guiar jovens para uma vida melhor. Determinação e vontade de ser melhor são uma parte importante do autodesenvolvimento. Lembro-me de ser bastante egoísta aos meus 20 anos e sempre me perguntar por que coisas ruins estavam acontecendo. Algumas pessoas se vingavam de mim de forma implacável. Se você mantiver a cabeça baixa e ficar longe de problemas, eles tendem a desaparecer e seus inimigos até começam a respeitá-lo à distância, não te incomodando em público.

Anything ive learned has usually been at the cost of having to quit something i once enjoyed. I care for an elderly father so theres no way i want to be beefing with people over the internet like i did 20 years ago. I tend to be kind to people or like i do here share what games im playing for others to find its a far more uplifting experience.

Tudo o que aprendi geralmente custou o abandono de algo que eu gostava. Cuido de um pai idoso, então não quero mais brigar com as pessoas pela internet como fazia há 20 anos. Clubs, parties, women, the madness, false friends, false employers usually all have to go before you realise what you want in life. I have lots of cats to come to me for food thats better than any job or any relationship ive had so far. I travelled for 3 years in 2020 just hopping on trains and meeting new people and sitting on the beach you learn a lot when you take off by yourself and set yourself goals for the year. I also do a gratitude journal which brings blessings back i would recommend anyone no matter what age to start one.

i finished high school 12 years ago. never went to college. i didn't have money and didn't want to borrow any and be in dept for years. i never had a goal education wise either.

school sucks i never liked it.

It was hell.

I failed tons of subjects, I was a ball of stress, and I felt close to offing myself multiple times towards the end. I don't even know how I managed to keep it together long enough to crawl to the finish line, kinda like a wounded animal drawing patterns on the ground with its own blood.
