Handhelds that can emulate Vita touch functions

(I know if this the right place to post about it, either on the Sony section, the Emulation section, or the Other Consoles and Handhelds section but this my first post.) As the title suggests, apparently Vita3k had an Android port and I was wondering what current Android-based emulation handhelds emulate the Vita touchscreen and touchpad (the one on the back), since it was one of the Vita's known features. I'm just asking.

I know that the Retroid Pocket 3+ uses Android as its OS, has a touchscreen and is capable of running Vita3k. Other than that, there's always the Steam Deck.

id say an android phone and then get a phone controller and if you have a iPhone jail-break it and the same thing

Or Steam Deck and Legion, since it's quite powerful (and anything that has touchscreen stuff)
I don't know what else can truly emulate the Vita, maybe Switch or the Wii U? Anyway, there's your choice

the steam deck would be a good contender for back touch controls because of the trackpads, not much handhelds have this, i think that is your best bet

isn't it cheaper to just buy the vita? Other than that, the closest you can find is an any flagship android phone. A handheld with specific vita functionality is very niche.
