Yeah, messages have a character limit.

It's worth noting, however, that such limits do not exist on the articles themselves, but you should still try to keep them under just for the sake of readability.

Yeah it’s no problem at all. Submitting an app through other means is always ok.
Yeah like Waffles said. The article character limit is 30,000, but it’s a good rule of thumb nonetheless. My last article reached 28,000 characters without me realizing! I winded up cutting a lot!
