This is inspired by a Thread by User: thanonyx. About GameFAQs... My idea is that since Folk on here write Reviews and Articles for things. While also expressing their Passion for other Topics. Folk on here can Write guides for Games and Other Things, just like with Articles and Reviews. It would be a grand help, could inspire others to do and bring even greater things. Could even finish some GameFAQs Guides left undone, or bring more Awareness to things not that known, by way of Guides. In-depth Guides or not. This could be profound for this Community because of, helping one another Finish or put together or add on to Guides. And more because who knows what this could Birth. Inspire. Could even expand upon already written Guides. Could bring in and share hard to find Physical Guide Books, to be more Available and in more Folk's awareness...

Real Life or Online. It is Communities Job to keep up Support, by helping Upkeep the Environment. Not let things be forgotten, lost, neglected. Updating things. In this case, it could be by Updating in Specific Threads or by making New ones. This is very Imperative to bring up, put in practice and exercise these types of Healthy Community Methods, since this place is steady expanding. May not just help this Place, because some on here have Youtube or their own Communities. These practices could even help inspire them and expand their Minds, for the Better. You know not just say something in Comments, but try to put forwards for Positive Progress. At least the ones that can or desire to try.

Some here don't speak English and Vice Versa. Which is perfect because some Media is only in their Language or their Areas, having Specific Stuff in them. These could be brought here. I had mentioned something like this either in a Thread or Replying to somebody. I think it was about People Relations or Translations.

What are you all's thoughts on this Topic?

I don't hate the idea. The only problem is that writing a guide is a lot of effort and you have to be at least somewhat thorough. Maybe it would be easier to do as a community effort, with multiple people chipping in with their knowledge on a given game and someone who would sort/edit everything into something readable for the end user. I mean, that's pretty much how early strategies on beating Emerald Weapon happened iirc, not to mention all the speedrunning tactics though that may be a different can of worms entirely.

Ultimately, I'm not sure how many would be up to the task of writing a guide. I most certainly don't have the patience and work ethic to pull it off.

i agree. having some guides for games on here would be handy. everyone can share info and provide updates pretty quickly if new info or data is found.

Beware: There have been no replies in this thread for 90 days.
Keep that in mind when expecting a reply from the people on it,
You can also start a new thread instead. This is just a heads-up, bumping is allowed in this forum.
