Searching on the internet I didn't have much information on this mod based on GTA 3, but some comments found in hidden forums spoke of Neapolitan songs, additional cars and other contents which unfortunately - having the disk somewhere lost around the house for 2 years - did not I have never had the pleasure of finding out in detail.
Another mod for GTA regarding Naples is available for San Andreas, it is easy to find some videos on YouTube.

The nostalgia that this image makes me feel is indescribable.
(I apologize for the photo quality, I've always had cell phones with terrible cameras)

I’ve been doing my hunt with old gta arab bootlegs/mods. They’re extremely hard to dig up. Good find!

I didn't know there were Arabic mods for GTA. I have often seen Indian bootlegs of GTA San Andreas on YouTube showing Sonic, Mario, Crash Bandicoot etc. when in reality they were still the base game but with modified skins.
I'm sure you'll be able to find them: the funny thing is that I found this mod for sale on some buying-and-selling sites in physical version!

Yup. From my memory, here’s the ones I know about:
GTA saudia Arabia
GTA Kuwait City
GTA Bab Al Hara (it’s a famous Syrian drama)
GTA dubai

Those are just few. There’s at least 15. I hope I’ll find more.
They’re mostly all San Andreas mods, but there’s a pepsiman mod Vice city stories because he was really popular in kuwait thanks to the awesome ps1 game.
Some of these mods add Arabic music.

PEPSIMAN! We in Italy finally had a translation of this game!

They look interesting, anyway. You could make, with all the San Andreas city mods, a single mod called "Real World", lol

Same here. I played this one as a kid back in mid 2000s. It’s a full-on Arabic dub, using Egyptian dialect.
