Gran Turismo 2 aspec 1.2 for Eboot (PS1 to PSP/PSV)

So, the latest version of GT2A came out, and I want to play it on my vita. though the ISO exist, I don't know how to make an Eboot. could someone teach me, make one, or upload one to the repo?

If the tool does not recognize the original iso (since it is modified), manually enter the GT2 id number (US version).

also, what is a AT3 music file? how do I make one?
