Tofu Survivor from RE2 is amazing even though it´s the hardest thing you can do in the game, and for example the infinite ammo cat ears from RE4 Remake from beating Pro on S+ rank are just dumb enough to be kinda funny, but their function is the best part! On the fighting game front I´ve always loved Roger/ Roger Jr, the kangaroo fighter from Tekken, and Lizardman from Soul Calibur series. They are just dumb enough that something draws me to them!
