Gonna share my recent translation project.
- No ETAs or Specific Dates for release.
- Project started im April 6, 2025.
- This game never made to western side, so this translation involves an inch AI, Youtube and actual starting guide books for japanese and stuff..
(understanding actual Japanese but im still rusty..)
- check detail spoilers in case someone needs a little bit of detail on this game. if not, ignore.
- PS4/PS3 controller manual exists but i will not translate them since i can't test them without those controllers

My own description or whatever this game's purpose is. Since i can't find any good explanation on this game
God Eater Offshot was still made by the same Developers: Shift, and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.
This game is outside of it's JRPG and Action genre... So this is a photography/photoshoot game.
God Eater Offshot is released exclusively in japan for the PSVita/PS4 consoles, this release also came along with the God Eater Anime.
The Offshot contains 6 Volumes. (Vol.2 ~ Vol.7). and im not sure how or why Vol.1 doesnt exist.
And each Volume has different colors in the original icon specifically for the characters focused on that game. (i translated them for you)
Some feats.
1. Character Data Import
- you can import your GOD EATER RESURRECTION (JP Save) character in Offshot. If you don't have any, there's 2 default characters for you to use.
2. Link Benefits
- Importing past volumes to the other volumes. (e.g Vol.2 -> Vol.3). Doing this will give you a extra story for that character from the past volume. this applies until Vol.7, which if by any chances you have all volumes. you can import them all, then the game will reward you with a few extra stories After you imported Vol.2 to Vol.7, you will be granted with a Vacation Special Offshot. Which includes some batches of female side characters from GOD EATER (exclude 2). Like your average animee beach episodes.
3. Story
- of course the game has some mini stories+extras. small dialogues and the photoshoot stuff.
4. Two Shot Mode
- A free mode, where you can do certain actions and stuff freely from one or two characters. You can select a few scenes/locations, change equipment and BGM.
- Also certain located forces you to use specific outfit, which automatically applies.
- If you use your imported character, it will use whatever the last equipment you are using in that save data.
4. Auto-Save Image
- Once you captured your favorite scene, the game will automatically save them in PNG format with a watermark, so you can check them in your Gallery.
