Genshin Impact online game

I started playing Genshin Impact online, the game is really good and the graphics remind me of the Zelda games. Does anyone else play it here ?

I’ve played it ftp. I had an addiction for a while years ago when it was still new. Inuzuma had barely released when I was at my peak playing it. Up until I finished Inuzuma, I lost interest in Sumeru because at the time the game was not optimized to generate good frames in that region. Just don’t fall for the micro transactions, I know so many people who spent way too much LOL

The Story in Sumeru really dragged on in my Opinion its fine story wise but still.And Inazuma was to rushed and Mondstadt was fine and Liyue was quite good,Fontaine was peak and Natlan is meh I like the Characters in Natlan but the story is just not doing it for me.

Out of all those regions, what is your favorite? For me it was Inuzuma because it was fast paced, even though it sort of felt like the end of the game.

Inazuma is gorgeous but to small i would like to have it bigger,and my Favorite probably Sumeru just from the Aesthetic without the desert.Or Fontaine i love the French Inspiration in it and the Story just made the region better

Me to let us suffer to together,i may never have spend a dime on the game but i still spend time on it and want to see the story improve together with the game wich is wishful thinking i know.As long as Mihoyo can catch those big whales why should they listen to the Fish right ?

And regarding the topic, Genshin Impact is a good game but with a very bad approach. I wanted to play it a couple of times, but they made it hard for me to like it, because I remember at the begining news were that the game would be offline with online capabilities, and I was so happy to be able to play a game like that, but then they changed to online only like a mobile game and I started disliking Mihoyo so much :(

I agree with you. A part of me believes that there were a lot of missed opportunities with Inazuma. I've heard great things about Fontaine. That's interesting to hear tho

Yeah in Fontaine its also possible to dive and do underwater exploration wich looks quite nice,and the Story is quite good and the Characters are likable.I even pulled for Furina when she came out and got her twice as a f2p.Wich is crazy as i was not hyped for her in the slightest when she was announced but i got to like her afterwards and i was a Furina Main for the longest time,my team was made out of Furina,Nahida,Dehya,Jean and now I switched to Vareasa with the Following Team Varesa,Iansan,Mavuika,Chevreuse and I am quite happy with that team as the Damage output is good.

He switched accounts and definitely used AI to generate all his pfps. The reason I don't know, but I do find it a bit weird to be honest. He's still the dany we all know at least.

Yes Leveling Characters is pain itself especially because its impossible to Level a New Character up to level 80 to 90 in the First Day, as the resources are limited and its suffering to have to beat the bosses over and over and over and over again and hoping that they drop the right amount of crystals,and the right type of Crystal.And don't even get me started on Artifact farming

Could not say it better my self. I enjoyed Genshin ever sense the Open beta it had years ago now. I one time was on reddit to look for some help and I got a peek on the Fandom and my god gave me nightmares.

Also fun fact I have shit load of charters and not spent a single dime on it I let the whales do that instead as all does types of games are built for whales.

It's a great game but it has some problems and the story leaves to be desired sometimes. I played since launch for 5 years straight and 100% every single map.
Nilou Bloom was my go-to team, I think I'm still part of the top 1% nilou mains in the akasha network leaderboards. She's my favorite character and I'm really proud of the work I put on her.

I agree with that, genshin's story is often rushed and lazy, and they don't explain or address things they should, either that or they make tons of events that have minimum relevance to the story and are extremely long, tedious and you can't skip them.
And if not by that they lock important story points and lore on books or sidequests that are overshadowed by the game (much of khaenri'ah and celestia lore for example only accessible when exploring enkanomiya).

IMO only sumeru and fontaine had really great stories, with inazuma being the worst.
This game is absolutely great in worldbuilding but it's extremely terrible on it's storytelling, which is not justified considering how much HOYO makes with this game.
HI3rd is far better in this aspect, makes you wonder how these games belong to the same company.

I still like genshin because I'm really obsessed with open world exploration games and the music is great, but the love I had for this game faded away after the years.
