Genesis Genesis vs Mega Drive which name do you like more ?

Well the question to this thread is like the title suggest.
What name do you prefer when you refer to this specific console
do you rather say Genesis or Mega Drive ?
Also its not about which console version is better only about the name.

Personally I prefer the name Mega Drive

I also added a fun Idea by just combining the names into Megagen if you prefer that
also there is no wrong or right answer its also not necessary depending on where you grew up,
as there are Germans who prefer the Genesis name while others like the Mega Drive name more.

Its also not a request towards Cdromance or Repo to change its name for the console its about personal preferences.

I like the name of Mega Drive I used to call MD, usually if I am ready to play I call my mom to power on the MD. (Well she watch me play video games before I got into kindergarten)

I prefer Mega Drive

It's the original name, given by its creators.
It's the name I knew it by back then.
Besides, I think the name MegaDrive has more punch than Genesis.

And at that time, it looked great and cool alongside the other home consoles of the moment.
