Same. I need to start lifting weights again. Weird how I get much more energy from that than sleeping.
For real! Even something as simple as walking 3-4ish miles or so a day (an hour or less depending on pace) will do wonders for you. Turn that into a jog and you are just dedicating a tiny part of your day to create amazing levels of energy and productivity in your day to day life.
