General curiosity about 3DS emulation

Completely off topic, but you could use the cross eyed mode in Citra but it requires training.

I think I'll do like the Virtual Boy and use my anaglyph glasses...

Yeah I already talked about anaglyph in my first post here. I think it should be possible to run Citra on an autostereoscopic 3DTV or some of those new 3D tablets, if they can be tweaked and are not walled by their softwares. But that's not the same price tier as headsets.

Yeah, definitely. I can vouch for the quality of the translation. Even the monster intro cut-ins are in English in the latest version (3.1)
i know its been a little bit but ive been trying to look into MHXX and i just keep finding an english patch from "Dasding" x_x

tho i do have to say MH3U, MH4U, MHGen and MHXX run smoothly on that last archived Lime3DS build

The Dasding one is outdated. I'll PM you.

Any modern controller will do just fine.

i mean ive got a 3rd party PS4 controller that works just fine but generally id say anything PS3/PS4/PS5/Xbox360/Xbox One and such works just fine (since the general controller setting is almost the same besides well... you at least dont have a circle pad that rips off at some point)
tho i think if someones wild enough they would mod a 3DS bottom part and make that into a controller (yet i think still the circle pad is one big problem)

Honestly dual analog modern controllers are far superior to the setup the 3DS and N3DS had as far as input goes. Makes you wonder why portables haven't always supported controller pairing as an option once Bluetooth became more reliable.

ehhh... so far i can remember they were using older bluetooth modules meaning they wouldnt connect well (besides maybe headphones but those were likely on delays if you can remember the PSP) but PSVita i think was the first one that made quite a change

then again... its nintendo we are in the end talking about :I they dont want other companys to connect to their consoles unless they became unsupported

and yes i know i just mentioned Sony mobile consoles but eh.. sony was a tad more open in bluetooth regards just like microsoft compared to nintendo :p
