Gaming history and culture

I had ideas to write articles about the history of some companies, games the culture of some games like KOF in Mexico for example or the gaming scene in Argentina but didn't know where to put them exactly is it possible to add History and culture section to the article side ? And let me know what do you think

That reminds I want there also to have “software” or “emulator” category in reviews, there’s an emulator I’d like to talk about in a grander scale. I’ll probably make a suggestion post later.
Also I believe it’s possible to ask about this stuff in the writer’s guild itself but this is probably still a good place for it (maybe. Ask a mod)
