I don't mean helping like "you're the hero and you save the world" kinda of deal, i mean the more subtle and kind hearted actions

1. In Okami you help the villagers while also healing nature with your powers

2. In chibi robo you clean the house and help the sanderson family and the toys of the house

3. In Chulip you kiss people and help them

Any other games you guys think fit the criteria?

I mean, technically, Pepsiman's whole premise is about helping people by providing them with their fix of sugary, mass-produced soda. While it's probably not the healthiest choice, who am I to judge? ::biggrin
I feel they missed the chance for the perfect main villain name for that game with Doctor Diabetes

One Piece Mansion (2001)

The basic objective of One Piece Mansion is simple. Every resident in the player's mansion has a stress level, which is indicated by a small bar above their head. If this level gets too high, they will eventually move out of the mansion.
Every resident affects the stress levels of the residents around them, in both positive and negative ways. Each resident has a unique stress effect, some having negative to the left, positive to the right etc. The player's task is to arrange these so that all the residents are happy.

Technically in Death Stranding you help people by delivering their packages and also others players View attachment 18238
And something similar happens in Nier Automata in one of the endings where you can choose to help others players.
Right, Death Stranding, God this game is amazing!

How about Ghost Trick? You play as the ghost of someone who has just died and have until morning to figure out what happened. You can change the fate of others, such as saving them from meeting their own demise, which in turn helps you figure out more about your situation. I didn't beat it, so I don't know if it carries that through the entire game.
