Many of the complaints I've read about the design and general look of the game are legitimate. There's plenty more competition in the genre now, and the bar for 3D art design in the series was set pretty high in the Prime games. I'll mostly remember Dread for the boss fights, as well as the underwater and plant environments. The firey areas before the Kraid fight were memorable, as well. I do wish Samus Returns had gotten a HD Switch port, though. I never found the 3DS comfortable to play, and therefore never got to try that one for myself... 😢 [/QUOTE]
