It's probably a big me issue (which surely is) but I dislike when games still counts time going on even when you're idling (unless it's in a speedrunning mode where menuing is a part of the time taken) and last time played even if you accidentally launch it or just install it again.

I don't care much about Achievements but they can help reminding me when I've finished a game for the first time. I think that it's a thing I like less about modern gaming.

And I put it in the wrong forum.

Xbox one/series console keeps tracks on these stats. Steam DEFINITELY does too. Though some games will let you know when you last played, but not very many.

Funnily enough I already mentioned this in one of your threads so I’ll keep it brief, games NEED a better defined system to keep track of your time. No, displaying it on the save file is not enough. I NEED to know if pausing the game ACTUALLY pauses the timer and if it doesn’t, then that’s some real bollocks if I see one.

I wanted to make a dedicated thread but forgot lol.

I kinda liked how NMH1 had a play time for the current mission.
